  • Transformed design operations by bringing capabilities in-house to a growing start-up, for improved efficiency and control over design assets. Manager of designers across Europe and Australia.

  • Led 2.0 UX evolution of our creative agency marketplace, providing the foundations to transition from a manual shopfront to a comprehensive Product-as-a-Service experience, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and business growth.

  • Developed and maintained a responsive design system using Figma, ensuring consistent branding and a seamless user experience across both platform and website.


Moved over to Hong Kong to expand the Market Gravity practice and provide design expertise to the growing team.

  • Led development and design prototype of a new mobile banking proposition in Qatar, capturing digitally-savvy markets in the Gulf region.

  • Conducted comprehensive qualitative research on investment opportunities in the Greater Bay Area (China & Hong Kong), resulting in potential avenues for wealth generation.

  • Revamped the UX of an internally-developed customs declaration platform (due to post-Brexit regulations), including customer insight analysis and creation of a consistent and accessibility-focused design system.

  • Successfully pitched, sold & managed multiple projects.

As part of Market Gravity, I develop propositions for new services and products in big businesses. I am responsible for owning design workstreams and exploring a client’s existing and future customer journeys, the development and visualisation of concepts and potential services/products for the client across a number of media, and experiment design and design handover when these products move into initial development phases.

Some of the clients I worked with include

Landsec, HSBC, O2, BGL, BT, Barclaycard, Prudential, first direct, Visa, RWE, Aviva, CYBG plc

  • Reworked a newly announced loyalty model of leading airline company Air Canada with customer-first democratic approach to rewards and new app experience; helped establish immediate onsell of ~£200k and new key client

  • Prototyping lead for flexible office project with Landsec; created freeform insight tool to define customer definition of flexibility, informing business owner priorities and how Landsec should respond in its offering

  • Implemented an innovation lab in leading UK telecoms company, creating foundations for a cross-discipline squad; ran workshops, prototypes and experiments to assess direction of focus within the 5G & IoT sandbox

  • Realised proof-of-concept for novel luggage tracking experience with Brussels Airport and AWS, used prototyping & insight to ensure it solved customer problems; helped kickstart client's innovation department

  • Prototyping lead of open banking project in Hong Kong for leading FS company, whilst doing business development to help establish company methodology in the Hong Kong and mainland China market

  • Working in small multi-discipline squads form of insight, commercial and design specialists throughout

  • Multidisciplinary design skills to answer various needs of the project, including web & app design, print design, prototype branding, and videography

Joined AMV BBDO as a digital design intern at Forge, a part of AMV BBDO that was dedicated to pushing companies and brand past just advertising with technology and new IP.

September 2012

Studied a BA in Graphic Design at Ravensbourne College. As I joined my design internship I lent more towards doing dedicated client work, and so decided to drop out 18 months into my degree.


October 2011

Studied an Art & Design foundation degree at UCA Epsom, specialising in Fashion Promotion (yes, really!). Passed with merit.
